Community Guidelines

Welcome to Juniper's pet parenting community! Our community is a space for pet parents to connect, share experiences, and support each other in their journey of caring for their pets. To ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere for all members, we've established these Community Guidelines:

1. Be Kind and Respectful

  • Treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect, even if you disagree with their opinions or practices.
  • Avoid using offensive language, insults, or personal attacks.

2. Stay On-Topic

  • Keep discussions relevant to pet parenting and related topics. Off-topic posts may be removed.
  • If you have a non-pet-related question or topic, please consider using other appropriate platforms.

3. Share Constructive Feedback

  • When providing advice or feedback, be constructive and helpful rather than critical.
  • Remember that different pet parenting approaches can be valid; what works for one pet may not work for another.

4. Respect Privacy

  • Do not share personal or confidential information about yourself or others.
  • Obtain permission before sharing photos, videos, or stories involving other people or their pets.

5. Avoid Self-Promotion

  • While sharing personal experiences and recommendations is encouraged, refrain from excessive self-promotion or advertising.
  • Do not post affiliate links or solicit sales without prior approval.

6. Keep it Family-Friendly

  • Ensure that all content, including text and media, is appropriate for all age groups.
  • Avoid discussing explicit or sensitive topics unrelated to pet parenting.

7. Report Violations

  • If you encounter content that violates these guidelines or observe disruptive behavior, report it to the community moderators or administrators.
  • Do not engage in public disputes; report issues privately to help@juniperpet.co

8. Be Patient and Understanding

  • Not everyone may have the same level of knowledge or experience in pet parenting. Be patient with newcomers and offer guidance when needed.
  • Remember that the well-being of the pets is our top priority.

9. Listen and Learn

  • Engage in open and meaningful discussions, and be open to learning from others' experiences and perspectives.
  • Share your knowledge in a helpful and informative way.

10. Respect Community Rules

  • Abide by any additional community-specific rules and guidelines posted by the administrators.

Failure to adhere to these Community Guidelines may result in warnings or, in severe cases, removal from the community. Our goal is to create a supportive and informative environment where pet parents can thrive, learn, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals. Your contributions to this community are highly valued.
